I am a Portfolio Chief Technology Officer and I have spent over 20 years providing board advice as an NED, Consultant or Interim Manager & have directing digital solutions for the staff engagement, staff recognition, incentives, loyalty and rewards industry. I have directed business or delivered programmes in over 30 countries and on five continents. I enjoyed complex oversight responsibilities in the financial institutions in areas such as IT Compliance, Operational Resilience, Cybersecurity, Data Protection & Wind Down Planning. Also I have been delivering Wellbeing programmes based for Corporate companies for over 5 years - my specialism is Transcendental Meditation. I have been a member of the Institute of Directors (UK) for 30 years. I am also an active member of the Incentive Marketing Association Europe and champion RewardTech as a leading area of expertise and learning. Previously, I was a founder member of the Compaq Computer UK management team.
