  • Conducting board level management consulting projects in CRM, Call centres, & customer service plus and introduced strong client-side project management of technology solutions in call centre & eCommerce capability for major international customers across multi retail sectors such as Compaq, BMW, Goldman Sachs, and Scottish Water.

  • Introduced and deployed CRM projects and contact centre programmes in 26 countries.

  • Introduced business solutions for Direct Marketing, Call Centres, Tele-Sales and Catalogues – all key areas for companies re-engineering their customer relationships.

  • Led a study of the Irish Market for Compaq and developed their business plan, successfully taking them to market leader from 8th position within 2 years.

  • Advised Compaq UK on a strategic plan for protecting market share from Dell which included channel reengineering, CRM strategy and call centre deployment at a green field site in Glasgow and deployed this within Compaq worldwide

  • Appointed to establish and set up Compaq’s dealer network in northern UK and Ireland and build a new national corporate account division – 45 Staff.

  • Set up Compaq’s dealer network in Northern UK and Ireland, as a founding member of the UK start-up team – employee 006.

  • Built excellent client relationships at major dealerships – many which continue today such as SCC and Computacenter.

  • Created and led the first major accounts programme within Compaq globally, initially targeting the public sector, winning major clients - the Post Office, Dept of Health , Local Authorities and NHS.

  • Extended programme to corporate customers with focus on financial services, developing a clear channel distribution strategy and protocol between dealership and direct corporate business.

  • Built own major account revenues from scratch to £120m over 3 years.

  • Built over 40% of total turnover for Compaq UK from start up.
